Dr. Chetankumar J. Lad, the Director of the Institute is the enthusiastic personality with remarkable institutional building skills, having the degree of BE, MBA with HR Specialization and Ph. D in the field of Management. He had rich experience of more than 19 years out of which 08 years in industry with the leading positions and 11 years in academic. He has got expertise in dealing with the subjects like Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication, Strategic Management, International Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management and Organizational Development and Marketing Management, Etc.
